Background

Lower Mid Rawa Khola HEP (LMRKHEP) was identified by a team of professionals and hydropower experts on March, 2018. Lokraj Sharma, Shambhu Prasad Ghimire, Satya Narayan Prajapati wherein referred as client applied for the Survey License immediately after the identification of the project. The client acquired the Survey License from Department of Electricity Development (DoEd) on 29th Chaitra 2074. Technoquarry Consults Private Limited (TQC) hereinafter referred as a Consultant has undertaken the Detailed Feasibility Study of LMRKHEP under the contract agreement with Client, signed in June 2018. As per the Contract agreement, the Consultant’s team along with Client ‘s representatives carried out a site visit from 19th to 22th Jestha, 2075.

The present Feasibility Report is prepared by the Consultant as per requirement of the consulting contract with th LMRKHEP. The present report briefly outlines the observation and finding from the Field Visit and preliminary analysis carried out by the Consultant.
