We adhere to safeguard assets, promote accountability, increase efficiency, and stop fraudulent behavior by following the Nepal Accounting Standards for the books and accounts for financial reporting.

We protect the confidentiality of information to which we have access in conducting our business, in accordance with applicable law and contractual agreements. This information includes but is not limited to products and business matters, confidential personnel information as well as other information concerning our clients.
· Code of Conduct
We have Code of Conduct in place and it applies to every individual who works for our organization or represents us. Our core values are integrated throughout this Code of Conduct as we seek to have and maintain integrity awareness, professionalism, respect of others, and seeking continuous improvement.
· Disclosure
We ensure the accuracy of the information to be disclosed and make sure that the disclosures are made in a timely, appropriate and fair manner. We manage and disclose information regarding business management and operation, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

Each of us at the Company is responsible for protecting and preserving the company's resources. Employees must use the company’s resources solely for business purposes and if personal use of company resources is allowed, employees must avoid any use that is excessive or violates other company policies.

· Involvement with Competitors
Our policy is to compete solely on the merits of our products and services. No false or misleading statements or innuendo about our competitors, their products or their services is tolerated. All comparisons of our products or services with those of our competitors are accurate and factually supported and employees are strictly forbidden from using any illegal or unethical methods to gather competitive information.
· Treatment of Gifts, Favors & Other Benefits
Employees do not offer customers or employees of customers any benefits, rewards or things of value, which may violate the law, the customer’s policies, or our business practices. Employees do not accept or seek out any benefit from a supplier or potential supplier that would even appear to compromise their judgment.
· Corporate Opportunity
Employees are prohibited from taking for themselves opportunities that are discovered through the use of Company property, information or position, using Company property, information or position for personal gain, and/or competing with the Company.
· Compliance with Laws & Regulations
The company must comply with the laws of Nepal and must be responsible for knowing and following all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. The Company must act in a manner that upholds the spirit and intent of the law.
