Progress Timeline | Lower Mid Rawakhola Hydro Electricity Project



  • Contract Award for Civil Work - Complete

    LMRK Hydro company reviewed multiple bidding and company Board throughly reviewed all companies willing to constuct covil work . Company Board, along with consultant and private engineers performed technial analysis as well as rates and project plans offered by each interested companies . After Through Rate Analysis and multiple Negotiations, wtih recomendations of our consultatns and Board has awarded civil work contract . Civil Construction work will start as soon as Mobilizaiton fund is released .

  • Housing Construction at Site - In Progress

    Final Design for Housing At construction side has begun . This House will have Eight Rooms and Offices for Site Engineers, Officers and onsight supervisors. Please see video section for complete deisgn and construction Activities. This work is Expected to Complete by December of 2023.

  • Power Purchase Agreement - COMPLETE

    Power Purcahse Agreement signed wiht NEA on May 11, 2023

  • Financial Closure - In Progress

  • DPR Completed

  • Project Site Land Procurement Completed

  • Generation License Applied

  • IEE Approved

  • Industry Registration Completed

  • Grid Connection Agreement Completed

  • PPA Applied

  • Feasibility Study Completed

  • Survey License Obtained

  • Bank France with RBB- Financial closure- Almost Complete

    Bank Finance with Rastriya Banijya Bank is at very last state. LMRK Hydro Company has submitted all required documents to Bank. Bank has also performed various Audits and Site visits . Additionally Bank Officials have visited the Project sites multiple sites for final assessments . Credit Rating and other reviews have been completed . Bank is Expecting a DDA report from another entity ( Sanima Bank) assigned by RBB bank. This is expected to complete within two weeks . After this step, bank has Agreed to Provide Loan for this project . This work is expected to Complete within November of 2023.
